  • Typical Day on the Diet

    Three full meals are allowed on the Hallelujah Diet with small snacks in between those meals. One serving of the barley supplement is taken for breakfast and a piece of fresh fruit can be eaten as a mid-morning snack. For lunch, a raw vegetable salad can be eaten along with a second serving of barley. Celery sticks or a cup of vegetable juice can be a mid-afternoon snack. Dinner includes cooked whole-grains or a baked potato along with a large green salad and a third barley supplement.
