Billy Robbins is a morbidly obese teenager whose story was highlighted on his own special on the cable network TLC. The special followed the young man who tips the scales at over 800 pounds. According to a message forum on the website Television Without Pity, the television show follows Robbins as he checks into a local Texas hospital to undergo gastric by-pass surgery.
