On November 13, 2009, health officials in China reported two deaths linked to the H1N1 vaccine. Swine Flu Vaccination Deaths 1976

In 1976, the U.S. rushed a similar H1N1 vaccination during an outbreak of the swine flu on a military base. There were 25 deaths possibly linked to that particular vaccination as well as hundreds of cases of Guillain Barre Syndrome.
