H-Town is an American R&B group originally from Houston, Texas. The group was originally made up of twin brothers Keven "Dino" and "Shazam" Conner and their friend Darryl "G.I." Jackson. In 2003, Dino, the lead singer of the group, was on his way home from a session in the recording studio when the car he was riding in was struck by another driver who ran a red light. Dino and his girlfriend, Teshya Rae Weisant, were both killed in the crash. At the time, Dino was working on a reunion album with the other members of H-Town. The group H-Town was formed in the late 1980s. Originally the trio was signed under the management company run by Luther Campbell of 2 Live Crew. They released their debut album, Fever For Da' Flavor, in 1993. It featured the hit single Knockin' Da Boots. In the video, the lead singer Dino was portrayed as having suffered a critical injury in a car accident. After their second album, H-Town decided to make a sharp career change.
