"There Was A Time" is a song from the upcoming Guns N' Roses album Chinese Democracy. Although the song was leaked onto the internet last year, blogger Kevin Cogill was arrested by the FBI and charged with copyright infringement. The song (along with 8 others from the album) have made their way around the Internet anyway.
