Escape From Jail
- CUTSCENE: Colton charges into Hoodoo's saloon and pulls a gun on Hoodoo. Hoodoo tells Colton that the preacher is in the room with Jenny. Reverend Reed slices Jenny's throat as he approaches. As Colton tries to fire on Reed, Hoodoo smashes a bottle on Colton's head. Colton wakes up to the mysterious man with the eye patch talking about Ned's death. The trio decides to frame Colton for the murder of Jenny.
- CUTSCENE: Colton wakes up in jail and start talking to men in prison. They tell him that the one-eyed man is Thomas Magruder. He's a railroad baron that's ruling the land with an iron fist.

- Speak to Port in jail. He wants Colton to grab the deputy when he's close to the bars of the jail cell. Click Y to grab the deputy when he stumbles into the cell.
- Soapy, the man in the glasses, tells Colton how to pick the lock of the jail with the dead deputy's badge. Tap Y to unlock the cell door. Grab Colton's weapons off the desk. Pick up the Apache Bow as well. Hold RT to charge up a shot and fire for a silent kill.
- Follow Port out of the jail. He wants Colton to find three horses and bring them underneath the stone bridge. The horses are marked on the radar. Fire arrows at the men near the horses. The arrow upgrade should be able to offer one hit kills.
- TIP: Don't worry about line of sight. Colton can kill a man standing at the campfire and the man sitting beside him won't notice at all.
- Move three horses underneath the bridge and toss a whiskey bomb on the Livery Stables (LT). Grab a powder keg to the south and use it to blow open a hole in the wall to free Soapy.
- Follow Soapy to the horses and start riding out of town. Don't worry about the shooters along the path. Ride east towards the railroad track intersection.
- The three men escape and Soapy heads for Dodge City. Follow port to his hideout.

Colton Express
- Grab a horse and ride to Dodge City. Speak to the Indian Hunter along the route to grab the first hunting mission. Hunting missions can be done at any time. The first is for the gray wolf. It resides near the ranch. Shoot it with an arrow for more money and a higher stat increase.
- Move into the Alhambra to play some more poker. There's another free tournament with a $30 prize. Exit the saloon and check the wanted poster on the train station. The poster is for a man called Lee Hop Dong.
- Ride back to the Clay's hideout near Empire. Lee Hop Dong is protected by six men and a man on a Gatling gun. Shoot at the explosive barrels and the man on the Gatling gun. Lee Hop Dong is cowering at the top of the mountain. Subdue him for a $20 reward.
- Ride back to Dodge City and speak to Earl for another pony express mission. Talk to the nearby gunsmith. He wants Colton to deliver a box of ammo to the ranch. Ride through the canyon and ignore the Apaches. Jump over the ranch fence and ride hard to the rancher.
- The rancher wants Colton to pick up a box of meds to Doc Stilson on Piker Lake. Use the railroad track entrance near Empire to reach the lake in time. Return to the rancher with the medical supplies.
- Look for a wanted poster on the house opposite the ranch. The poster is for a woman called Bloody Belle. Ride toward Dodge City to kill her. Use rifle shots at a distance or simply use quick-draw as she rides close to Colton.
- Return to Dodge to start another postal delivery mission. Earl sends you to a man named Cletus in Empire. Cletus left some tools in the canyon near the Indian Hunter.
- Ride to the Indian Hunter and shoot Apaches along the route. Pick up the tools from the worker and ride east to find Barton Henry along the stagecoach road.
- Ride back toward Empire and speak with the Indian Trader. Purchase the Shotgun Barrel Choke and the Obsidian Arrowheads. Ride back to Clay's Hideout and speak with Clay.

Ambush the Train
- YouTube: GUN Ambush the Train (Time: 9:53)
- Clay has a plan to trap one of Magruder's trains with a Gatling gun. Jump on the horse and follow Clay. At the train tunnel, start grabbing the powder kegs of TNT and move them to the tracks.
- After three barrels are in place, a rider approached to inform Clay about an ambush at the train. Hop on a horse and follow Clay to the train. It's near Dodge City.
- Shoot four of Hoodoo's men on the train and shoot the remaining riders that attack from Dodge City. Follow Clay back to the train tunnel after the train starts moving again.
- Pick up the fourth TNT barrel and place it on the tracks. Climb to the top of the tunnel and wait for the train to approach. Shoot the barrels when Port yells "Fire!".
- The train collapses and Hoodoo's men come flooding out the train cars. Stay at the top of the tunnel and use the rocks for cover. Fire on the men below before they reach the Gatling gun. Fire on the men that climb up the side of the mountain on the left side.
- CUTSCENE: The men in the resistance collect the Gatling gun. They open up the train car to find tons of Apaches being held as slaves. Many Wounds (previously seen on the Dodge City bridge) approaches on horseback and collects the Apaches. Clay and Colton walk away.
