The California State Supreme Court returned a unanimous ruling that says doctors cannot use their personal religious beliefs to discriminate against patients based on their sexual orientation. The ruling was a victory in a lawsuit brought by Guadalupe Benitez against the North Coast Women's Care Medical Group.
