The Grand Theft Auto IV multiplayer mode contains 15 different games, allowing up to 16 players per match. The modes include a variety of game types, such as Deathmatch, Mafiya Work, Car Jack City, Turf War and GTA Race. Multiplayer modes use the same map as that used in the single-player portion of the game.
GTA IV Multiplayer Details
There are 15 multiplayer game modes that will be able to be decided by matching the players through ranking and party mode. Each one of these modes will have their own missions and their own type of game play.
The most that can play on the X Box and the PlayStation3 will be sixteen people. On the computer there will be games that have up to 32 people. The different game modes can have their own limitations on the number of people involved.
The game has fully customizable multiplayer characters via cellphone to select gender, race, clothing, full game aspects are available.
You can then specify which cars are going to be included in "Grand Theft Auto Race" matches The players can specify weapons included in the "Deathmatch"
