Best Buy is offering a bundled deal beginning April 29, 2008 to coincide with the highly anticipated midnight launch of Grand Theft Auto IV. Customers purchasing both a copy of the game and an Xbox 360 console will qualify to receive a $50 gift card, which can be used towards future transactions. Participating stores will also be conducting free giveaways, but quantities will be limited so it is strongly recommended that any all interested parties attend the event as early as possible. Xbox 360 Fanboy has also reported that some Best Buy Canada locations are planning to give away GTA IV Elite consoles.

Grand Theft Auto IV is the ninth title in the long-running Grand Theft Auto series. Its redesigned Liberty City is based on four of the boroughs of New York City and parts of New Jersey. While the total map area is smaller than that of San Andreas, the newly designed Liberty City is far more detailed and the largest individual city in the Grand Theft Auto series. The game follows Niko Bellic, an Eastern European immigrant who immigrates to Liberty City to live "the American Dream" at the urging of his cousin Roman. -
