On July 31, 2008, a man, identified as 40-year-old Vince Weiguang Li, stabbed the passenger sitting next to him, then decapitated his victim, while riding a Greyhound bus in Canada.The Associated Press: Canada bus attack leaves man decapitated (July 31, 2008)

Police Recording
A recording of communications between officers of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police has appeared online. In it, an officer who was witnessing the crime in progress described the scene. Li, the perpetrator, is referred to as "Badger." The following are excerpts.
