Boxing Career Ended
On March 9, 2001, Page had a 58-16-1 career record when he went into a fight against Dale Crowe in Erlanger, Kentucky. Page was 41 at the time; Crowe was 24. In the tenth round, Page went down and didn't get up; he had suffered irreversible brain damage.
