  • Making Green Beer

The process of making green beer is extremely easy and fast to make for anyone to enjoy. Simply put some green food coloring in a glass of a light colored beer, such as an American style lager (Budweiser, Miller, Pabst Blue Ribbon). A typical 16 oz. glass of beer needs approximately 5-6 drops of food coloring to achieve a bright green consistency. If the beer is particularly yellow in color, add blue food coloring to achieve a green hue.Slashfood: How to make green beer (March 16, 2006)
