Dubbed the "Hot Coffee" mod, this mod unlocked a graphic sex minigame that was not normally accessible. When word of the content spread, the ESRB re-rated the original version of the game Adults Only (AO), but Rockstar removed the questionable content and re-released the game to keep the Mature (M) rating.
