CJ receives a call from Jethro about a list of cars buyers are looking for. But in order to make it seem legit, they need a business to deal from. CJ buys a nearby abandoned car dealership. The first project is to steal a particularly nice car from a lady. Zero outfits CJ with a cellphone signal tracker to find her.

1. Follow the red blip on your radar to find the lady and her car. Stay hot on her trail, as she will attempt to escape you.
2. Use the P.I.T. maneuver to spin the tail end of her car out behind her, making her lose control.
3. Once she finally ditches her car, take it back to the garage. Once you arrive, you've completed the mission.
