Woozie calls CJ to let him know that he's found Toreno's location. It's time for CJ to complete the circuit and take him out.

1. Make your way to the helipad downtown, marked by the yellow blip on your radar.
2. Be careful of the 2 guards who will approach you. Take out the police officer in the booth. Another 2 gangsters will be waiting to shoot you down the ramp. Take them out and walk up the stairs.
3. Shoot the 2 guards on top and take the RPG and assault rifle.
4. Follow the helicopter, marked by a red blip on your radar.
5. Once you reach an appropriate range, hop off your vehicle and take down the helicopter with your RPG. Once it's destroyed, the mission is a success.
