Jizzy introduces Carl to gangster T-Bone Mendez. Apparently, there's a bit of a disagreement with Jizzy and T-Bone about the percentage of the take. But T-Bone gets an emergency call to rush away quick. Carl is following in pursuit.

1. Head to the blue blip on your radar.
2. It looks like a motorcycle gang has ambushed one of the drug vans and stolen some of the goods. CJ has to take it back. Turn around immediately once on the bike and continue straight to find the first of 4 motorcycle riders. As you near him, slow to ride alongside and press B to steal the loot back.
3. Head to the next thief and do the same -- pressing B to steal the package from him when you drive close. Repeat this for the remaining 2 thieves.
4. Once you've collected all 4 packages, head back to the Pleasure Domes, marked by a yellow blip on your radar.
