CJ shows back up at the garage to find Eddie and Tenpenny snaking around. Apparently, a journalist is stirring up trouble and reporting on Eddie's questionable behavior. They don't know the source, so it's up to Carl to tail the journalist to find the source.

1. Head behind the garage to the construction site to find the sniper rifle hidden.
2. Head back to the Cranberry Station, right across the street from your garage. The journalist will be leaving on the train soon.
3. Follow the train all the way back to Los Santos. The path will take a long time. Be sure to ride right behind the train, as you may be hit by passing trains if you veer too far off one or the other.
4. Once you finally pull into the station, tail the journalist as he heads to meet his contact. Be careful not to get too close, as it'll set off the Spook-O-Meter and alert him that he's being followed.
5. He'll end his journey at the pier by the ocean. Wait for him to meet the contact, then bust out the sniper rifle and take them both out cleanly with a headshot.
