CJ visits Ryder, who's smoking up in the backyard. In his brilliance, Ryder decides that where they need to go to get fully strapped is the U.S. Army. Who else has the most guns? It's time to steal from the military.

1. Hop in the van with Ryder.
2. Head straight out of the cul-de-sac.
3. Make a left at the next major street, followed by an immediate left and another quick right. You're headed to the ocean docks.
4. Continue straight down this road, passing beneath the overpass.
5. Plow through the chain-link fence and hang a right down the freeway.
6. Once you pass the green freeway signs, make the first left and continue straight over the bridge.
7. Follow the road around as it curves to the left.
8. Continue on the road as it curves to the left.
9. As you turn, you'll spot the red marker up ahead on the left. Cross over the barrier and head straight toward it.
10. In order to get the van through, you'll have to open the gate. Go to the right side of the fence and climb over the wall.
11. Immediately when you fall down, kill the guard waiting and steal his gun.
12. Another guard will run up behind you. Be sure to take him out.
13. Another guard will be in the distance hiding behind a box of crates.
14. Shoot out the panel, which will prompt the gate to open and Ryder will drive the truck inside.
15. Follow him and he'll pull up to a warehouse. Shoot out the panel and the door will fling open.
16. Kill the 2 guards inside.
17. Now, you'll have to move the crates from the pallet to the back of the van. Get in the forklift.
18. Use the RS to raise and lower the lift. Approach the pallet, squared up to a box, and raise the lift to catch the box. Take it over to the van and lower it.
19. There are 4 boxes inside the warehouse. Lift them all over to the van.
20. Be mindful of Ryder's health. If he dies, the mission is failed.
21. Other guards will try to kill Ryder as you deliver the goods. Take out the guard straight ahead of the van when he runs over. Another will appear to the left of the van (if you were to face the open back door).
22. Another 2 boxes are outside the warehouse (where the guard was hiding previously).
23. The final guards will appear again straight ahead and to the left of the van.
24. Once you move all the boxes inside, get back in the van and head out of the exit towards the yellow blip on your radar.
25. Follow the street out as it curves to the right. Head over the overpass. Be careful, as they'll attempt to drive up and take you out.
26. To combat the pursuers, sound the horn by clicking down LS and Ryder will throw a box of explosives out the back. Position your van in front of the attacking cars and allow them close enough for the box to be in their path. They will explode.
27. Continue straight, past the pink TS Stages building.
28. Follow the road around as it curves right. Take the first right and continue straight.
29. Make a right at the end of the street, followed by a quick left.
30. Park the van down the alley on the left, pulling in to the red marker. Congrats. You robbed from the government.
