After intercepting a call on Jizzy's phone, CJ meets up with Cesar at Pier 69 and the two of them watch as Woozie's group heads in to take out the rest of the syndicate. However, they notice members of the syndicate waiting to spring the trap. CJ has to help.

1. Head up to the roof to meet Cesar, who will pass over the sniper rifle. Take out the syndicate members on the roof.
2. T-Bone nears the pier, along with Ryder. They discover that their men have been taken out and all Hell breaks loose. CJ has to rush in there and take out T-Bone.
3. Make your way through the smoke, taking out any guards in your way. Find T-Bone at the end of the pier and shoot him.
4. Ryder makes a run for it to save his skin. Chase after him, jumping into the ocean.
5. Swim to the speedboat behind Ryder's and take chase.
6. Follow Ryder and kill him.
