CJ wants to know how the group gets their guns. Smoke reminds CJ about their longtime friend Emmett, who doesn't have the selection of other underground weapon providers, but should be good for what they need. Smoke agrees to take CJ to Emmett's place.

1. Hop in the car and head to the yellow blip on your radar.
2. After the brief cutscene, you find yourself out back for a little target practice. Press and hold R/RT to lock-on to the bottles. Fire with B.
3. To crouch and shoot, click LS and lock-on to targets as you would normally. Take them all out.
4. Manually navigate your crosshair to the car's gas tank and fire. Boom.
5. Follow the yellow blip on your radar and take Smoke back to his house.
6. Once you drop him off, press L to answer your ringing cellphone. It's Sweet. He's angry that you're not rocking any green in your wardrobe. Why aren't you representing green? Time to dress up.
7. Follow the yellow blip on your radar and head to the Binco clothes shop.
8. In the corner of the store is the changing room. Head inside and browse through the clothing selections.
9. Once you pick out some green duds you like, exit the store.
