With CJ hanging out at the airstrip, Toreno sneaks up on him with another mission. He's got a new job for Carl to drop off some equipment for a few associates. The catch is that Carl has to avoid detection and stay below radar.

1. Get in the plane and head toward the guys to drop off the equipment, marked by a yellow blip on your radar.
2. The key to passing the mission is to stay below radar so your visibility doesn't increase. Watch the bar in the top right corner of the screen to keep track.
3. As you pass from the airstrip, be careful to avoid the nearby military base, as it has restricted airspace and you will be shot down if you pass too close.
4. Make sure to hug the ground as best you can. As you near the target, pass through the ring to drop off the equipment. Once you have, head back to the airstrip, marked by a yellow blip on your radar.
5. Once you return to the airstrip and land safely, you'll pass the mission.
