Woozie tells Carl that he would like to be accompanied to a nearby triad meeting where important business is to be discussed. And Carl finds out Woozie's secret: he's blind.

1. Find a vehicle and head to the yellow blip on your radar. The spot is literally around the block.
2. Head down the alley and watch Woozie blindly run into the wall. Laugh. Then turn the corner and head through the open gate.
3. Carl and Wu Zi come upon some dead bodies. It's a setup! Take cover as a group will spin around the corner and start shooting at you. Take out the first 2 gang members on foot.
4. Another 2 members will be ducking behind the car.
5. Another 4 will pull up on motorbikes.
6. Turn the corner and shoot the next wave. 2 guards will be on the left, 1 on the right. In the distance, 1 will be on the roof on the left and another will be on the right far down in the distance.
7. More gang members will show up. Be sure to watch your sides, as they will try to flank you.
8. Once you've taken them all out, you'll be in the car. Head straight to the open area and let Woozie shoot the remaining cards until they're destroyed.
9. Once they're gone, take Woozie home, marked by the yellow blip on your radar.
