CJ runs into his old pal Officer Tenpenny and a local house. Tenpenny has info on a DA who's meeting with an FBI agent and potentially blowing Tenpenny's cover wide open. He needs CJ to recover an important dossier.

1. Head to the target spot, marked by a red blip on your radar.
2. Once you arrive, approach the compound cautiously, as several agents are waiting to ambush you. The majority of them will be in the area just behind the parked SUVs. Take them out and continue to the target in back, who has now taken off by air.
3. You'll stumble on a helicopter. Take it and chase after the target, who's still marked by a red blip on your radar.
4. Follow him until he lands on a building top. Kill him and the dossier is yours. You've passed the mission.
