Smoke wants to go for a ride. He tells CJ they should head downtown. On the way there, Smoke says they could be in for some serious trouble. As they arrive downtown, Smoke heads inside a building only to need rescuing. Time to strap up.

1. Pull out of the driveway and turn left.
2. Head to the yellow blip on your radar.
3. Make a left at the end of the street.
4. Continue straight over the small ramp walkway and soar through to the other side, landing in the street.
5. Head straight ahead and eventually you'll run into the red marker.
6. While CJ works his game with the lady, Smoke finds out an entire army of guns is waiting for him. Once you take control, remain squatting behind the wall and fire away at the guys scattered around the lobby.
7. Take out the guy immediately to your left, right in front of Smoke.
8. Several more guards will run in from the right side. Be sure to watch Smoke's health gauge. If he dies, you will fail the mission.
9. There are 11 guards overall. Work your way around the room, remaining hidden and be sure not to miss the guard on the stairs and on the 2nd level straight ahead.
10. Once you take out the guards, follow Smoke, swapping out your automatic if necessary.
11. Once you enter the other side, immediately take out the guard in front of you.
12. Then, sneak around to the left side and kill the guard there. Once he's out, aim to the 2nd level and take out the guard directly in front of you.
13. Head back to the right side and take out the next guard on the 2nd level. Behind him, farther back is another guard. Run up if you need to target him.
14. Run up to the 2nd level. The remaining guards will be on the left side. Take them out.
15. Once on the bike, the key is to target as many of the guards as possible. If you can, shoot out the front tire to flip the bike over.
16. Smoke will maneuver more through the city, eventually coming to a street roadblocked by enemies. If you can, target the gas cap of a nearby vehicle to take them all out in a single shot.
17. Likewise, continue the same strategy once the bike reaches the waterway. When the truck plows from atop the overpass, shoot out its tires to slow it down.
18. Focus on shooting the drivers of the motorbikes and cars to take out all the shooters.
19. Once you clear the truck and the cars explode, aim ahead to shoot the fence to make it shatter. Your tail will still be close.
20. Shoot the orange barrels to cause an explosion and kill the remaining motorcycles. Make it through and you've completed the mission.
