Rosie tells CJ he's in a bit of trouble, getting in deep with the mob. Multiple families are trying to put a hit on him. Rosie tells CJ about an injured mob member who's put up in the hospital. If the other family succeeds in rubbing him out, Rosie is dead. CJ must get there first.

1. Head to the hospital, marked by a yellow blip on your radar.
2. Once you arrive, you discover the body has already left on an ambulance. You'll have to find it and steal it before it's destroyed by the mob family. Several ambulances are scattered around the city, marked by red blips on your radar. Head to each of them and ram it until you find the correct one.
3. When you finally find the correct ambulance, it will attempt to speed away before you can steal it. Pin it against a wall and steal it.
4. Now with the ambulance in your control, you'll need to escort the body to the meat factory, marked by a yellow blip on your radar. Several hit cars will attempt to take you out along the way. Avoid them at all costs.
5. Arrive safely at the meat factory with the body intact and you've completed the mission.
