Pay another visit to the donut shop to visit with Officer Tenpenny. He wants Carl to go check out a freight dock station to see what the other gangs have been up to and how the Grove Street gang can match up with them.

1. From the donut shop, head south.
2. Make a the first left to head east.
3. Take this all the way down and make a left before the black and white billboard straight.
4. Take this street straight all the way to the end, making a left at the conference center.
5. Follow this road all the way east until Unity Station and continue straight.
6. Make a right at the end of the station and follow the road as it curves. The Unity Station parking lot (where you did your low rider challenge) will be on your right.
7. Make a right just before you enter Balla territory, passing by the tattoo shop.
8. Take this road straight until you can't go farther. Make a left and follow this road around.
9. At the end, make a left and then a quick right to head into the red marker.
10. The Russians and Ballas will be loading cars into trailers. You have to find a way inside. Be careful of all the armed men hanging around.
11. Pull in and run the guards over with the car.
12. Get out of the car and shoot the security panel next to the door. This will open it.
13. Once inside, take out the 2 guards in front of you. A 3rd will be around the corner.
14. One more guard will be peeking from around the next corner.
15. As you round the next corner, shoot the red barrels to make them explode, killing the next 2 guards.
16. Be careful, as another guard will be behind you, hidden in the corner behind a stack of pallets and boxes. Take him out and head back there for a health refill.
17. Head back to the flames and grab the armor to your right. Behind you, another 2 guards will be shooting at you from down the pathway.
18. Be careful as you round the next corner, as several more guards will be waiting a larger, open area.
19. 2 guards will be all the way to the right.
20. 2 more will be ducked, hiding behind a conveyor belt.
21. Another guard will be at the foot of the stairs.
22. A Balla gang member will be on a platform up the stairs. Take him out and continue up the next stairs, shooting the guard to the right, and entering the room.
23. In the room, shoot the Balla and the Russian Arms Dealer you need to kill will be to your right.
24. Kill the Balla in front of him and grab the armor as he runs out.
25. Stay as close to him as you can and continue to fire.
26. 4 Ballas will be waiting for you outside, with 3 on the ground and 1 up top near the smoke stack.
27. As you pass to the next area, another 2 Ballas will be waiting. 1 will be up ahead in the distance and the other will be high to your left, standing on the storage buildings.
28. Kill him before he reaches the car and you pass the mission.
