Cesar rings CJ up and tells him some heavy stuff is going down back in Los Santos. But since CJ is far away in the boonies, Cesar wants him to meet up with his cousin who might be able to offer CJ some protection. CJ agrees.

1. Head to the question mark icon on your radar to initiate the mission.
2. Once at the bar, you'll come upon a crazed lunatic going nuts on the men in the bar. This is Cesar's cousin Catalina.
3. Once back outside, hop in a vehicle and head towards one of the money symbols on the radar to initiate one of Catalina's missions.
4. Head towards the closest one to initiate the "Tanker Commander" mission. Cataline will attempt to hold up the gas station. In reality, she wants to steal the tank of gas parked next to the building. Hop in the semi and slowly back up to the tank to attach.
5. Pull out of the station and go straight. Be mindful of the tank's health gauge, as it will blow up if it becomes too low.
6. Continue straight over the hill to enter the north part of Los Santos, near Mulholland.
7. Make the first right and continue along the street for quite some time.
8. Eventually, the street will meet with a highway. Turn right and head across the bridge and under the Flint Intersection.
9. Stay on this street. for a bit and the drop-off area will up on the right. Head for the red marker.
10. Now that you've completed this mission, you are able to perform additional tanker missions with the semi.
