It seems some of the local construction boys near the garage are giving CJ's sister a hard time, harassing her whenever she walks by.
- Head around the garage and up the hill to the construction site.
- Steal the bulldozer right behind and head straight into the first portable, destroying it.
- Make a slight right and take out the next portable. Be careful, as there's a gas can right in front of the portable. If you hit it, it will explode.
- If you need to, hop out of the bulldozer and kill the construction workers.
- Turn around and head back towards the garage. Another portable will be nearby.
- Pass by the yellow tower and take out the portable behind it.
- Another portable will be to the west of the yellow tower. Take it out.
- The final portable will be along the northern most edge of the site, situated behind a truck, near the street.
- Now it's time to pay the foreman a lesson. Head towards the red blip on your radar.
- Circle around to get the right angle, as the hole you will be dumping him is the other way. Slowly push the port-a-john until it falls in the hole.
- Once inside, it's time to steal a cement truck. The closest one will be back in the southwestern corner of the site.
- Steal the truck and then slowly back into the red marker near the hole.
- Once the truck is straight, it'll fill the hole up with cement and you successfully complete the mission.
