Sweet's upset about he and Carl's sister seeing the Latino gangbanger Cesar. Sweet tells Carl to follow their sister and investigate. It's time to enter the world of low riders.

1. Get in the car right in front of Sweet's house.
2. Make a left off the cul-de-sac to exit down the alleyway next to Ryder's house.
3. Pass straight across the next street, entering the next small alleyway.
4. Make a left to turn onto the small dirt pathway in back.
5. Make a right turn onto the overpass.
6. At the end of the street, make a left.
7. Take this street all the way down, following right when the street curves right.
8. Make the first right and head toward the red marker at the end of the road.
9. Seems Sweet called ahead and informed the guy of the situation. He's prepared a low rider for you. Head over to Unity Station to show it off.
10. Make a right out of the driveway.
11. To control the hydraulics, use RS.
12. Head down the street and make a right.
13. Take the first right and go over the hill.
14. Continue straight and follow the road as it curves left.
15. Just as it curves, take the first right (just after the pink TG Stages building)
16. Follow this road around as it curves slightly to the right.
17. Once it curves around, make a left and cross the train tracks, headed toward the yellow dot.
18. As you near Unity Station, round the corner into the parking lot and meet with Cesar. He's gonna test your low rider skills.
19. Make a bet and it's time to roll.
20. As the music plays, you must bounce your car in the direction on screen using the RS, keeping in beat with the music.
21. The sequence will go:(on the RS) Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Down, Down, Down, Up, Up, Up, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Down, Up, Up, Left, Left, Right, Right, Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Down, Up, Up-Right, Up, Up-Left, Up, Up-Right, Up, Up-Left, Up, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Right, Down-Right, Down, Down-Left, Down, Up, Down, Down, Up, Left, Right, Left, Right, Down, Right, Down, Up, Left, Right, Down, Right, Up, Down, Left, Up
22. Now that he's proved his mettle in the low rider competition, Cesar and CJ are cool. Cesar tells CJ that if he ever wants to compete again, come on by for another low rider challenge.
