Officer Tenpenny is a little upset Carl hasn't been stopping by to visit with him very often and he lets him know it by giving him a call. When Carl shows up at the donut shop, Officer Tenpenny and his right-hand man tell him about a particular gang that's been causing trouble and being a general pain in their side. They want Carl to take care of them and leave no trace. Burn it to the ground.

1. From the donut shop, hop in the police car just in front and turn right to head south.
2. Take the first left to head east.
3. Head straight on this road, making a slight S-turn to the right and continuing straight.
4. Eventually, on your left there will be a building with a black billboard on top. Turn left here.
5. Head straight down this street, pointed north.
6. Make a right at the end of the road.
7. Round the corner and there will be a small alleyway on your right-hand side. Follow this down and get out to grab the Molotov cocktails.
8. Continue straight out of the alleyway and make a left.
9. Continue straight, heading up the hill.
10. When the road ends, go straight and zip down the alley.
11. At the end of the alley, cross the street and zip down the next alley.
12. Make a left at the street and cross the train tracks to the house on the corner.
13. The windows to fire bomb will be marked with the red markers.
14. Head up the entrance facing the train tracks. One gang member will be perched against the tree. Shoot him.
15. Another gangster will run up toward you on the right. Shoot him too.
16. Square yourself up to the window and hold B to throw the cocktail. The longer you hold, the harder the throw.
17. Continue around to the front, being sure to take out the gangsters who will pull up in the car in the street to your right.
18. Also, you will begin to amass a warrant level. Be sure to steer clear of the cops.
19. Take out the gangsters among the front and bomb the windows.
20. Once you finish bombing, the cutscene will show a pretty lady is trapped inside. Time to rescue her and you don't have much time.
21. Inside, immediately head straight and turn right down the hallway.
22. At the end of the hall, make a left into the next room. A fire extinguisher will be there.
23. Continue through the room to the next and head to the far right to go up the stairs.
24. Up the stairs, turn right to go all the way down the hall.
25. At the end of the hall, equip your fire extinguisher and aim at the base of the flame to put it out.
26. Walk inside. Now it's time to escort the girl out.
27. Continue straight and turn right to the doorway. Put out the flame.
28. Through the room, go through the next door way on the right and put out the flame in the hallway.
29. Continue straight down the hall, turn left to go down the stairs.
30. At the bottom of the stairs, go through the doorway on the left and put out the flame.
31. Head right through the next room and another right to go down the hallway.
32. At the end of the hallway, turn left and another right and another left. The exit will be ahead of you.
33. Once you exit, your new lady friend will need a ride home.
34. Steal one of the nearby cars and head south toward Grove Street
35. Continue across the overpass and make a left to find the red marker.
