CJ gets a call from Officer Tenpenny who wants to take out a snitch trying to get him in trouble. Carl is hesitant at first, but once he finds out he's the DIstrict Attorney, Carl is more than happy to get him in trouble.

1. Steal a car and head toward the Vank Hoff Hotel. It's marked by a yellow blip on your radar.
2. Once you arrive, follow the valet around the corner and down into the garage. Be careful not to hit him too soon.
3. Once he parks the car, kill him and grab his suit. You'll now be dressed as a respectable valet.
4. Head back upstairs to the front of the hotel to wait for the D.A.
5. Watch the cutscene to see what the D.A.'s car looks like. It's a blue Merit.
6. Wait at the front of the hotel for the D.A.'s car to pull up. Be sure to ignore any other cards, as your only priority is the blue Merit.
7. When he arrives, don't let anyone else take the car before you do.
8. Climb in the car and drive it over to the garage, marked by a yellow blip on your radar. Be mindful of the countdown clock in the upper right-hand portion of the screen.
9. Once the car has been loaded up with drugs, take it back to the hotel. Be careful not to damage the car, as you will fail the mission.
10. Once back at the hotel, park the car downstairs in the garage, marked by the red marker.
11. Return to the surface and head towards the yellow blip, at which point CJ will tip the police off to the D.A.'s drug problem.
