Out of the Closet is another Grand Theft Auto IV mission from Roman's buddy, Brucie Kibbutz. Brucie wants Niko to kill Lyle Rivas' cousin Tom because he owes Brucie some money.  Tom Rivas is hiding from Brucie. To get him out of hiding, Niko has created a profile on a gay dating site, www.love-meet.net, and will head to the Internet cafe to schedule a date with him on the site. After Niko receives an e-mail reply from FrenchTom, he heads to the 69th Street Diner to meet him. Rivas tries to escape once he realizes what the meeting is really about and is gunned down by Niko.

• Head to the Internet Cafe at the end of the cutscene.
• Log onto a computer. 
• Click on the Love-Meet advertisement.
• Select "Male". 
• Scroll down to find user "FrenchTom", and click on his profile. 
• Scroll down again and select "Date." 
• Log off the computer.
• Exit the cafe to end this part of the mission.
• You can rob the cash register for up to $500 if you like, but will need to get rid of the one-star wanted level if you do.
• Wait for two to four game days and check back at the Internet cafe for an email reply.
• After you check your email, the date is set for the following noon or midnight. The mission restarts one hour before the date is set.
• Pick up a taxi.
• Head to the 69th Street Diner. 
• Enter the diner.
• Sit down with Rivas.
• Listen to him talk for as long as you like.
• Stand up, and take him out with a headshot when you are ready.
• This will trigger a wanted level, so you will need to get away quickly to the Pay 'n' Spray around the corner. 
• You receive $6,750 after successful completion, and No. 1 and The Puerto Rican Connection missions are unlocked.
