Grand Theft Auto IV mission No Love Lost is assigned to Niko by Russian Mafia boss Mikhail Faustin. Faustin asks Niko to discourage his daughter's biker boyfriend from dating her. Niko is to kill him if he does not comply.

• Proceed to Faustin's house to initiate the mission. This triggers a long cutscene in which Faustin explains the situation with his daughter.
• Grab Faustin's Turismo.
• Follow the GPS to Firefly Island.
• Head over to the building by the fun fair where Faustin's daughter Anna and her boyfriend Jason are talking.
• Park in the mission objective icon to trigger another cutscene.
• Anna's boyfriend tries to escape on his motorcycle.
• Jump on the nearby PCJ-600 and chase him.
• To complete the mission quickly, you will need to take him out as soon as possible -- before he meets up with some biker "brothers."
• Follow the in-game instructions to fire from the bike.
• If you are unable to take him out before he meets up with his fellow bikers, follow them to the park.
• Use the SMG to take out the gang from a distance. If you keep moving, they will not be able to hit you. You can also take cover behind a tree and take them out from there.
• Once they are all eliminated, the mission is complete.
• Make sure to pick up all of the biker weaponry you can once they are all taken out. Especially the AK-47 dropped by the head biker.
• Call Faustin once they are all dead, and you will receive $600.
• Successful completion unlocks Rigged to Blow.
