Logging On ia a short Grand Theft Auto IV mission assigned by Roman in which you learn about in-game computer usage and the TW@Internet Cafe, as well as the in-game internet. Roman tells Niko that there are great opportunities available in the online world, and sends Niko to the TW@Internet Cafe to get an email account.

• Proceed to the taxi depot in Broker.
• Roman is there with a new friend who is a fitness freak: Brucie Kibbutz. 
• Talk to Roman. Roman is irritated that he is not able to send Niko emails.
• He sends you to the TW@Internet Cafe to get an email address.
• Walk the few blocks to the Internet cafe.
• Enter the cafe.
• Make your way to the counter.
• Talk to the woman behind the counter, Alexjandra. She is a friend of Roman, and will explain how to use the computer.
• Head over to the PC.
• Move the cursor so that it lies over the Web icon to browse the Internet.
• Click on the Check Mail link to access the EyeFind Mail Service. 
• Reply to the introductory email to activate your e-mail account.
• Browse the Internet as long as you choose. 
• When you are finished, log out and leave the Internet cafe to complete the mission.
• Completion unlocks Rigged to Blow.
