Hung Out to Dry is a Grand Theft Auto IV mission assigned to Niko Bellic by Vladimir Glebov. Vlad is aggravated with a local laundromat owner who is not paying Vlad the protection money that is due him. Vlad wants you to deal with him and collect his protection money.

• Enter Comrade's Bar in Hove Beach where Vlad is talking on the phone to Mallorie.
• Vlad needs Niko to visit a local laundromat owner to convince him to pay Vlad what he owes.
• After the cutscene, exit the bar.
• Drive around the block to the laundromat.
• Enter through the front to trigger another cutscene in which the shop owner throws a basket of clothes at Niko while he runs out the back.
• The owner escapes in the shop van.
• Chase him until you get to the Blista Compact and Sentinel vehicles.
• Hotwire one to chase him.
• Ram into him with your vehicle until he pulls over and agrees to pay Vlad.
• Call Vlad to let him know in order to pass the mission.
• You receive $100 and unlock Clean Getaway.
