Easy as Can Be is a Grand Theft Auto IV mission assigned by Brucie Kibbutz. Brucie lets Niko know about Lyle Rivas' Oracle that is parked in an alley parking lot. According to Brucie, it is worth stealing, and will be easy as pie to get your hands on. 

• Take a cab to the lot on Yorktown Avenue.
• Locate Lyle's Oracle down the alley and get in the car.
• As soon as you do, some guys will surround you, and begin to chase and shoot you for stealing Lyle's car. 
• Your best bet is to drive as fast as you can to lose them.
• You may want to take them out if they get too annoying, especially if you have unlocked grenades or molotovs. Using molotovs will flatten their tires so they have to give up the chase.
• Head to the Pay 'n' Spray to shake any wanted levels you have acquired.
• Continue to Brucie's garage at the docks.
• Park the car in the garage to complete the mission and get your $3,500 reward.
• This mission unlocks Out of the Closet.
