During the Grand Theft Auto IV Crime and Punishment mission, Niko and Roman Bellic are interrogated by Mikhail Faustin's men as part of their investigation of the murder of Vladimir Glebov. The mission begins with Roman hiding in a dumpster after placing a call to Niko to meet him on Tulsa Street. When Niko finds him, Roman explains he is hiding because Niko killed Vlad. Niko tells Roman not to worry about it, and that they need to focus on earning money. Just then, a man knocks out Niko from behind with the butt of an AK-47 and orders Roman out of the dumpster. When Niko comes to, they are in the basement at Mikhail Faustin's house.

• When Niko awakens, Faustin's men, Andrei and Dimitri Rascalov, are beginning their interrogation. 
• Faustin enters, disturbed by all of the noise. He agrees with Niko that Vlad was a nobody and shoots Andrei in the head.
• He does not shoot Niko when Niko agrees to do some work for him. Niko's first assignment is to steal a van full of televisions.
• Roman's gag is removed, and Roman promptly begins to scream for help. As soon as he does, Faustin shoots him in the stomach.
• Dimitri tells Niko that before he can steal the vans with the televisions, he needs to steal a cop car. Niko can then use the cop car to pull over a van full of televisions.
• Head a few blocks away from Faustin's for the nearest cop car.
• The officer runs away, so you can steal it without upping your wanted level.
• Niko calls Dimitri as soon as he gets the car. Dimitri tells him to head out and start pulling over vans until he finds one full of televisions.
• Use the GPS to guide you to three van locations, one at a time.
• Pull in front of each van.
• Exit the cop car so Niko can speak to the driver of each one.
• When you find the van with the televisions, arm yourself before stepping over to speak with the driver.
• The driver informs you that the van and its contents belong to Kenny Petrovich.
• When the cutscene ends, kill both of the men in the van.
• Hop in and follow the GPS to Faustin's lockup.
• Park the van inside the lockup to pass the mission and earn the $200.
• Successful completion also unlocks Do You Have Protection?, Most Wanted, and Vigilante.
