In the Grand Theft Auto IV mission Clean Getaway, Vlad Glebov has you steal a Blista Compact and bring it safely to a lockup. Vlad has issues with a guy named Jimmy not paying his debts and he needs to teach him a lesson. The car can be found by taking the subway to the East Island City projects in Dukes.

• Vlad and Niko take a walk,
• Vlad explains that he needs you to steal a silver Blista.
• Proceed to the train station and head upstairs.
• Wait on the platform for the train.
• Take the marked subway train from Hove Beach station to the Dukes Boulevard station.
• Get off the train at Dukes Boulevard.
• Head downstairs from the platform.
• Find the silver Blista Compact.
• If you see Jimmy, punch him. Then take his car.
• One of Jimmy's friends follows. 
• You are not penalized for killing either Jimmy or his friend, so if they start to fight, feel free to finish them off.
• Begin to follow the GPS to the lockup.
• Niko calls Vlad from the car and tells him that the car is dirty.
• Vlad has Niko take it to a nearby carwash before bringing it to the lockup.
• Follow the new GPS directions to the car wash.
• Pay the $5 for the car wash.
• Once the car is clean, drive it to Vlad's lockup and park it for the $150 reward.
• This mission unlocks Ivan the Not So Terrible.
