Drug deals made near cameras are more likely to attract police attention, and dealers who deal near cameras are more likely to jack up the prices of their merchandise. There are 100 cameras in the game and all of them can be disarmed by lobbing a grenade or molotov at them. About the Game

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars follows the story of Huang Lee. After his father's murder, Huang is put on a mission to deliver an the Yu Jian sword to his uncle in order to make sure his family maintains control of the Triad gangs of Liberty City. Huang, a spoiled rich kid who knows little about the world of organized crime, expects everything to run smoothly, but his trip does not go exactly as planned. After being robbed and left to die, he must do everything in his power to track down and reclaim the sword, avenge his fathers murder and reclaim his family's honor.
Dealing drugs is a big part of the Triad gangs business and plays a large role in the game. Players must successfully avoid or destroy the security cameras in order to successful in these missions.Official Site: Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars
