Along with the numerous story-based missions in Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars, the game also allows gamers to take on odd jobs for various citizens of Liberty City. About the Game

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars puts the gamer in the shoes young Huang Lee shortly after his father is murdered, on a quest to deliver his father's sword to his uncle. Upon arrival in his old stomping ground of Liberty City's Chinatown he is greeted with the same fate as his father, and by the same assassins no less.
Naturally, Lee recovers from his assault and embarks on a quest to both avenge his fathers death and get revenge for the attempt on his own life.IGN: GTA Chinatown Wars Review (March 16, 2009)
During the course of his journey, Huang will both befriend and betray a number of questionable individuals in Liberty City as he gets closer to his ultimate goal.

Vehicle-Based Odd Jobs
Whenever the player highjacks a certain class of vehicles they will be able to initiate a special set of Odd Jobs specific to that vehicle. These vehicles include:
1. Ambulance
  - Job: Paramedic
  - Objective: Save patients all around the city
2. Taxi Cab
  - Job: Taxi Driver
  - Objective: Get citizens from place to place
3. Cop Cars
  - Job: Vigilante
  - Objective: Use the Police Computer to find outlaws and bring them to justice
Algonquin Odd Jobs
1. Fire Fighter
  - Turn left on the second road after coming off the Northern Heights Bridge after entering Algonquin.
2. East Side Escapade
  - Located on the shoreline between the Northern Heights Bridge and the East Borough Bridge.
3. Patriot Park TT
  - Located in the northern half of Middle Park.
4. Liberty State Delivery
  - Take the third left after coming off the East Borough Bridge and drive two blocks south.
5. Transfender Invitational
  - Turn right on the seventh turn after coming off the Algonquin Bridge and drive one block.
6. HoboTron
  - Located on the island just north of the Algonquin Bridge.
7. Wetscapade TT
  - Take the first left after coming off the Algonquin Bridge and drive two blocks to the corner.
8. Midtown Mayhem
  - Take the seventh left after coming off the Algonquin Bridge and drive four blocks.
9. Noodle Run
  - Take the fourth right turn after coming off the Broker Bridge and drive one block.
10. Loose Exchange
  - Located at the southernmost point of Algonquin Island.
Bohan Odd Jobs
1. Boulevard Boogie TT
  - Located two blocks into Bohan after coming off the Northern Heights Bridge.
2. Alpha Mail Delivery
  - Take the Dukes Bay Bridge, turn left and follow the turn. After the turn take the first left turn and drive about a half a block
3. Bohan Snake
  - After coming off the Dukes Bay Bridge take the first left, follow the turn to the right and drive about a block.
4. S&M Grand Slam
  - After coming off the East Borough Bridge turn right and follow the last left turn, then drive about a block north.
5. Warehouse Raid
  - Take the first right after coming off the East Borough Bridge and drive about a block.
Dukes and Broker Odd Jobs
1. Graveyard Groove
  - Located at the northwestern most corner of the island.
2. Dukes Dust Up TT
  - Located in the southern half of Meadows Park.
3. Tattoo Parlor
  - Take the Algonquin Bridge into the island and turn on the second turn. From here drive two blocks North and turn right. Drive two more blocks and then turn left.
4. Noodle Run
  - Take the Algonquin Bridge into the island and turn on the second turn. From here drive one block North and turn right. One more block East and you're there.
5. Hi-Way Tire Tourney
  - Driving in on the Algonquin Bridge, take the fifth right hand turn to reach the job.
6. Liberty City Gun Club
  - From the location of "Hi-Way Tire Tourney", drive one block South and turn left.
7. Fast Tracks
  - Located in the southern end of the Francis International Airport.
8. Monument Mania
  - Located in the northern end of Outlook Park
9. Go-Kar-TT
  - Found in the southwest corner of the island.
10. Beatch Blitz
  - Found in the southeast corner of the island.
