In Grand Theft Auto IV mission Wrong is Right, Niko meets up with his ex-girlfriend Michelle, the undercover government agent. She tells him that her real name is Karen and introduces him to her boss, an agent known by his code name ""United Liberty Paper." The boss wants Niko to collect some information about Oleg Minkov .

• Head over to Minkov's apartment on Iroquois in Hove Beach, Broker. 
• Park in the mission objective icon.
• Climb the stairs to Oleg's apartment.
• Walk into the yellow marker near the door to Oleg's place. 
• After breaking in, access his computer and read his e-mail. The first message from Vasily discusses an upcoming meeting in a Hove Beach jewelry shop.
• Let United Liberty Paper know of this development. He wants Oleg dead.
• Follow United Liberty Paper's orders and find a fast car to head around the block to the jewelry store.
• Park in the mission objective icon to trigger a cutscene.
• As soon as it is finished, open fire on Oleg's car.
• Vasily takes off.
• Chase Oleg until the two cars are near each other.
• Open fire on Oleg again until he is dead.
• Continue to chase Vasily through Algonquin if he is still alive.
• Catch up to him and take him out to finish the mission.
• Once both Oleg and Vasily are dead, contact United Liberty Paper to let him know.
• $6,500 is your reward for successful completion of this mission, and Portrait of a Killer is unlocked.
