The Snow Storm is a major story line Elizabeta Torres mission in Grand Theft Auto IV. Elizabeta and Little Jacob are squabbling over some missing cocaine. Elizabeta blames Jacob for the snafu and wants Niko to recover it from the old Colony Island hospital. As a result, Niko's girlfriend Michelle's secret is spilled. Consider this a spoiler alert.

• Begin the mission by entering in the midst of an argument between Elizabeta and Little Jacob over some missing cocaine. Little Jacob introduced her to some buyers and now the cocaine is gone. Elizabeta insists that Niko find and return the missing cocaine.
• Proceed to the old Colony Island hospital, where the cocaine is located.
• Make your way through each room until all of the red dots are cleared from the radar.
• Upon entering each room, look up for rooftop snipers.
• Enter the final room and get the bag of cocaine from the table.
• Call Jacob and the NOOSE team appears.
• Escape the hospital while he makes his way there, using doorways as part of the cover system.
• Grab the first vehicle you see when you get outside.
• Lose the cops.
• Meet up with Jacob.
• Michelle is with Jacob and reveals herself to be a government agent who was assigned to watch Niko.
• She takes the cocaine, and wants Niko to do some jobs for her agency.
• This mission unlocks the gun store's combat shotgun, and missions for United Liberty Paper, Have a Heart and Wrong is Right. 
• $2,500 is earned after successful completion as well.
