The Puerto Rican Connection is the third and final mission that Niko receives from Manny Escuela in Grand Theft Auto IV. In the cutscene that starts the mission, Manny is angry at how he comes across in the video his camera man has been making. He wants you to take out his old friends who poked fun at the video. You can expect them to arrive on the El Train.

• Pick up a car and head to the Algonquin Bridge.
• Park in the triangle for the mission objective to trigger the cutscene.
• Wait for the train to arrive.
• Once it does, you need to follow the train so you can take them out when they get off the train.
• Follow the train along the tracks next to the road.
• Use your GPS to keep track.
• Keep going until the train stops.
• Do not lose the train or get too far behind, or you will fail the mission.
• The train stops at about the third stop, when it gets to Cayuga Avenue in Schottler.
• Park the car under the train platform near the other parked cars.
• Proceed up to the platform.
• Take cover.
• Take out the three guys with the Micro-SMG.
• Complete for a $1,500 reward and unlock The Snow Storm and Call and Collect.
