In the Grand Theft Auto IV mission Portrait of a Killer, United Liberty Paper wants Niko to kill Adam Dimayev, the Russian owner of an imports/exports company who is financing terrorist activity, and his associates. If this mission is successful, Niko will not be arrested for all of the murders he has committed. Niko needs to head to the compound in Dukes where Dimayev and his associates can be found.

• Watch the opening cutscene.
• When it is finished, United Liberty Paper messages you with a photo of Adan Dunatev. 
• Acquire a police car.
• Access the computer's search-by-photo option to get Dimayev's location in East Island City on your radar. 
• Jump onto Dimayev's property.
• Head to the right side of the compound. 
• Dimayev is standing in the doorway of a small trailer to the right.
• Take him out quickly, or he will alert his associates to your presence and head to the roof. A good option is to take him out with your sniper rifle from the bushes on the other side of the street.
• If this is the case, take out his associates first.
• If Dimayev gets to the roof, take cover behind the dumpster and take out any remaining guys on the first level. 
• Climb up the ladder to the second level.
• Take out any guys up here.
• Continue climbing to the roof.
• Take out Dimayev.
• Leave the area.
• Niko phones United Liberty Paper to let him know that the job is done for his $6,750 reward.
• Successful completion unlocks Dust Off and Entourage
