In Grand Theft Auto IV mission Holland Nights, Francis McReary wants Niko to take out drug dealer Clarence Little in the East Holland projects. It will take too long to bring him to justice, so he wants you to just dispose of him. This is another of those "morality" missions in which you have a choice of killing someone or letting them live.

• Pick up a car.
• Follow the GPS to the East Holland projects. 
• Call McReary from your cell phone after you arrive. 
• Clarence is up on the second floor. McReary suggests you proceed quietly through the first floor before making your presence known.
• Approach the stairs as residents begin shooting.
• Take them out with your AK-47 on auto-aim and continue to the first floor.
• Take cover behind the pillars.
• Keep taking out the guys who are shooting.
• Climb upstairs.
• Pick up the health pack on the second floor wall by the left staircase.
• Continue up to the roof.
• Approach Clarence as he hides behind a metal crate.
• Clarence promises to change. If you decide to save Clarence, you will see him later in the game as a random pedestrian who provides you with a mission. If you decide to kill Clarence, you will not see him again.
• Once you have killed or saved Clarence, deal with any wanted level you have. 
• Make your way to the bottom of the building, killing cops on the way.
• Get out of the projects as quickly as possible, and continue until your level is back to normal.
• There is a $5,000 reward for passing this mission. This also unlocks the mission: Lure.
