Have a Heart is the final Elizabeta Torres mission given to Niko Bellic in Grand Theft Auto IV. Elizabeta is starting to feel paranoid from the strain of the police presence. In the middle of their conversation, Manny Escuela and Jay Hamilton (his camera man) arrive to film. While the cameras are rolling, Elizabeta shoots them both because she "isn't in the mood." She knows a doctor who can help, and tells Niko to drive their bodies there.

- Hop in the car.
- Check the GPS to guide you to the locatioon.
- Proceed to Broker, where the doctor is located.
- Don't crash or damage the car. Jarring movements cause the trunk to pop open. If a cop is passing at that time, you will incur a two-star wanted level.
- If the trunk does fly open, pull over and shut it.
- Arrive at the doctor's and park in the mission objective icon to sell the bodies.
- He lets you know that Manny and Jay's organs will be "on the streets in no time."
- Collect $3,000 and unlock Harboring a Grudge and Hostile Negotiation.
