Harboring a Grudge is the first Grand Theft Auto IV mission provided by Patrick McReary, aka Packie. Packie needs Niko to take care of drug business on the Algonquin docks. Illegal drugs are being smuggled in by the Triads. Packie was asked by Ray Boccino to steal the drugs while they are being moved. The drugs need to be delivered to Boccino's Westminster lockup.

• Packie is arguing with Kate McReary as Niko enters. Kate indicates an interest in Niko, but Packie tells him to stay away from her. They have business to attend to.
• Grab a car and drive Packie to the Algonquin docks.
• Get out of the car and follow Packie to the back of the warehouse.
• Scale the warehouse by following the in-game instructions for climbing and shimmying.
• Continue to climb until you arrive on top of the roof and trigger a cutscene.
• The cutscene shows the boat arrive with the drugs, and the drugs being loaded into a truck.
• Packie tells Niko to climb down and start shooting at the Triad gang members.
• Climb down.
• Sneak behind the boxes and start firing.
• Take out all of the gang members, but be careful not to take down the truck.
• Once the area is clear, get in the truck and wait for Packie.
• Packie directs Niko to the Westminster lockup.
• When Triads begin to follow in cars, drop some grenades from the truck window to take out the cars. Just remember that in-game trucks are slow. So, be careful to allow room to clear the blast before dropping them.
• Park the truck when you get to the lockup.
• Exit the truck.
• Boccino takes Niko's number for further assignments when he arrives.
• Successful completion earns $7,500 and unlocks Waste Not Want Knots.
