In the Grand Theft Auto IV Easy Fare mission, Roman is busy and asks Niko to transport a regular customer, Jermaine Andrews, in his taxi. Easy Fare introduces the game's Wanted Level system, and opens the Vlad Glebov missions.

• Enter Roman's taxi depot for a cutscene in which Vlad and Mallorie Bardas are in conversation. Vlad and Niko exchange heated words. Vlad interrupts to have Niko bring him some coffee. Roman enters. Vlad suggests that Roman and Niko pay off Roman's debts by doing some jobs for him. Once Vlad is gone, Roman asks Niko to pick up Jermaine Andrews in the taxi.
• Get in the cab.
• Follow the GPS to Rotterdam Hill in BOABO.
• Jermaine asks Niko to drive him to Masterson Street in Hove Beach. 
• While in the cab, Jermaine explains that he wants to resell the shipment of stolen auto parts in storage and needs Niko's help to transport them.
• When they arrive at the storage place, the door is open. Jermaine suspects the police are aware of the stolen parts.
• At that point, police cruisers drive up with their sirens blaring.
• Jermaine begins to panic,  yelling for Niko to get them away from there.
• This is the first time in the game that Niko gets a wanted level of 2 stars. This means he needs to get away from the police
• The two choices when Niko has a wanted level are to out-distance the wanted radius, or to use a Pay 'n' Spray. As long as the police do not see the vehicle enter the Pay 'n' Spray, that will camouflage Niko and his vehicle and he can get away. The closest Pay 'n' Spray in Broker, so that will not help for now.
• Get out of the radius to lose the cops.
• Proceed to the GPS destination on Gibson Street, Native Engines.
• Jermaine exits the taxi.
• Head over to the Pay 'n' Spray. It is free the first time it is used.
• At the end of the mission, Vlad calls to ask Niko to work for him. Niko agrees, unlocking the "Bull in a China Shop" mission.
• Roman calls to tell Niko that he is making prank calls to the police with a new friend.
• $100 is earned for successful completion of the mission.
