Brucie sends Niko emails that can be received at any TW@ Internet Cafe. Missions begin as soon as Niko leaves the computer after returning a positive reply to Brucie. The vehicle then displays on your map. 

Each car theft follows the same general procedure: find the requested vehicle, steal it, return with it to Brucie's lockup in East Hook in Broker. The theft may get you a two-star wanted level, but they are easy to shake. There are ten vehicles to steal. Car locations differ each time the game is played. The amount of reward received depends on how damaged the vehicle is on delivery. Use a Pay 'n' Spray tp have vehicles fixed before they are delivered.
