Call and Collect is a Grand Theft Auto IV mission assigned by Francis McReary. McReary meets Niko at the Unknown Contact mission start point. He has anonymously asked to meet up with Niko at the south Algonquin pier. McReary is being blackmailed by someone who has some photos of him, and wants you to get these incriminating photos back. To convince you to help him, he lets you know that he is aware that you killed Mikhail Faustin.

• Get a car.
• Drive over to Union Drive East and proceed to the viewpoint.
• Watch the cutscene after you arrive.
• Call the blackmailer on the number Francis provides.
• Watch from above for the person answering the phone. That is the blackmailer.
• You will see the man on a bench near the hot dog vendor answer his phone. He is wearing a jacket with a yellow hood.
• Once you make contact, the blackmailer will tell you to call back when the money is in your possession.
• Call again as soon as you are sure you have tagged the right guy.
• As soon as you do, he will try to run away.
• Take him down with the sniper rifle.
• Pick up the photos.
• You will have a 2-star wanted level at that point.
• It's easiest to ditch the cops by jumping in the river and swimming away.
• As soon as you lose the cops, take the photos to Mcreary at his apartment.
• Collect your $1,000 reward, and unlock Final Interview and Harboring a Grudge.
